I've used "Run External Command" passed "C:\WINDOWS\system32\net.exe" as the command, "send" as Arg 1, "<ip address>" as Arg 2 and a message string as Arg 3.
I'm getting an error on the screen saying it failed with status 2 and showing the arguments I'm passing.
To use the full functionality of this web site, JavaScript needs to be turned on.
