Hi!
I'm working on Fedora 9, so I couldn't check that. I know there are always problems with IE, but probably our target will be only Firefox 2 or 3. Just for the record - did you use IE 6.0 or 7? 6.0 is worse usually, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's 7 too. And is it just whole display misplaced, or nothing is working?
