When did these messages appear? As soon as the studio opens, or after you try to perform some operation?
Where does it appear? As an alert, or in of one of the views, such as application server, repository explorer, etc.
It would help if you post/attach further details of your configuration (Help -> About -> Configuration Details), and error log (Help -> About -> Configuration Details -> Error Log).
