By default, each Tersus Application has its own internal publish-subscribe server. In order for this internal server to work, you need to ensure the following:

The application is deployed on Tomcat 6.0

Tomcat is configured to use the NIO connector.
To configure it, open conf/server.xml in a text editor and replace the default HTTP connector's protocol from "HTTP/1.1" to "org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol", as in the following example:

protocol="org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol"
connectionTimeout="20000"
