Whenever you get these kinds of exceptions in the log file, scroll down to the source exception (= the last "Caused by:" in the exception stack).
In this case the problem seems to be that your server setup is missing the JavaMail component (and probably the JavaBeans Activation Framework component as well).
Go over the installation instructions (see in http://www.tersus.com/#Id=242 ), and verify that the components are installed in the correct location.
