The sample documnets you provide are not well-formed XML documents.
In XML you cannot have elements like
<CODE> 0
but only
<CODE> 0 </CODE>
It seems OFX, which is a rather old standard (~1995 I guess) is using SGML, not XML.
We cannot use an XML parser to parse SGML documents, sorry.
