Helios - this is specific CRM/small-ERP application for retail Roller-blinds company. It manages:

customer database,
agreements (sales),
employees,
emplyee's commitions,
claims,
leaflet distribution,
invoices,
payments (including automatic invoice/agreement recognizion and payment monitoring),
offers with automatic price calculation based on complex patterns,
IT Asset Management,
Reports.

Helios was introduced 2 years ago and is still being developed. It was designed to serve one company and uses hsqldb as DB backend - I'm sure we have to migrate to postgreSQL. Its GUI is designed in Polish.

Grafik - It is our task management system (very, very simple)

NEW - This system we are developing at the moment. It is solution for small companies and will be avaiable publicly by the end of Q1 2009. We will sell this application in Software as a service model (SaaS). In July 2008 we have done some interesting load tests on Tersus platform because our application should be designed to server over 500 concurrend users. This application will be multi-language and one of the most important feathures will be calendar (I'll describe it later)
