As far as I could see, PIVOT is specific to Microsoft SQL Server (2005 and later). If you're using SQL Server you can use the enterprise edition of Tersus to connect to it, and then you can use PIVOT in your queries (using "Database Query").
Alternatively, you use a combination of Database Query and Group Items as in the following incomplete example.
