Hi Steve,
We've been looking into iPhone application development for some time now, and have started implementing our strategy in that direction, and how it integrates into our existing cross-platform offering.
Since Tersus is platform-independent in both development and deployment (using a platform independent 'interpreter' on the server and across browsers) we do not plan a platform-specific 'compiler' for our language. We feel that the client, as is implemented right now - using a specific iPhone client-design - is sufficiently powerful - bugs and tweaks notwithstanding.
Please have a look at the ShoppingList tutorial we have started developing at http://www.tersus.com/#Id=1332 (stages 1-5 should work as described).
What do you think?
David
