I assume you've entered the locations exactly as shown in the installation instructions page (http://updates.tersus.com/1.x and http://updates.tersus.com/latest) rather than in your post.
If that is indeed the case, I suggest you try scrolling through the error message to get more details (look for tiny vertical scroll bar on the right), or have a look through the eclipse error log (Help -> About ... -> Configuration Details -> View Error Log).
Please post/attach any errors that seem relevant to the update process.
