I explained regarding the runImmediately property, since that addresses what we felt is the most urgent issue, which was performance.
draggable and <On Drop> are not implemented at the moment, and it is not clear to us whether they (as defined, or in an alternate implementation) are essential - regardless, you can track this issue via feature request #246.
