Thanks again for all your help, I was able to get my images to display, my problem was that I didn't realize I was using the entire path name, when all I really needed was the file name. So I added my graphics to the tersus directory:
C:\Program Files\Tersus Visual Programming Platform\plugins\tersus.appserver_1.3.16\DefaultWebapp\images
Then I just created a General graphics folder within my application. Finally I just imported a file system, actually just the logo file.
So here is how I modeled everything
<Path> Flow Arrow <text constant>logo.jpg
It worked like a charm, I think I am going to make some tutorial videos when I get some free time so people can see in real time how the image display element should work in a general case.
