With one click import, clicking a .tersus file in the file system, or a hyperlink to a .tersus file in the browser, will launch the studio as needed and guide you through the import process. How to configure One Click Import?If you've installed the studio using a platform specific installer (version 1.3.29 or later), the installer has already performed the necessary configuration automatically - no manual configuration is required.If you've installed an earlier version using a platform specific installer and then upgraded to the latest version using the automatic updates feature, or if you've used the cross platform installation method, you will have to perform certain manual steps in order to setup file association for the .tersus extension in your file system. Make a note of the location of the JRE. If you've already run the studio, you can find the location in the file %USERPROFILE%\.tersus\java-home (open this file in a text editor)

Make a note of the location of the studio installation.

Open a command prompt window (Start -> Run... -> cmd)

Enter the following command
ASSOC .tersus=tersusfile

Enter the following command (replacing [jre location] with the actual location found in step 1
FTYPE tersusfile="[jre location]\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "%USERPROFILE%\.tersus\tersus-importer.jar" "%1"

Close the command prompt window

Open My Computer

Select Tools -> Folder Options... -> File Types

Select the TERSUS extension in the Registered file types list

Click Advanced

Click Change Icon...

Click Browse...

Locate the studio. Select Tersus.exe (if there), or plugins\tersus_[version]\Tersus.ico ([version] should be 1.3.29 or later)

Close all dialogs (clicking OK) to return to My Computer

Verifying .tersus file associationCreate a .tersus file as follows:

Open the studio

Make sure there's at least one application open in the repository

Select File -> Export... to open the Export wizard

Select Tersus -> Tersus Project File in the Select an export Destination list

Click Next > to switch to Export Tersus Project

Select Project to export from the list

Select Export Location

Select Export As: Application

Click Finish

Import the file as follows:

Locate the .tersus file you created and double-click it

If the studio is running switch to it. If it is not running it should launch automatically.

In the Import Tersus File dialog automatically displayed, you will be prompted to change the name if you wish, or if a project with the same name already exists in the workspace.

Click OK to import
