To access the project as a web application (which you will want to do while developing/debugging even if your ultimate target is a native application), there's no need to export the application. All you need is network access from your iPhone to the machine running the application.
If you have a wireless network. do the following:
If you don't have a wireless network, or if there's a firewall blocking access to your machine, you'll need to deploy your application to a standalone server.The easiest method to do so, is using the Quick Hosting button which takes you through the processof uplading youur application and hosting it on our own server - when the hosting process is completed, a browser window should open with the application running from the server - enter the same url in iPhones SSafai browseer.You could also deploy the application on your own standalone server, as explained here.
To load the native application to your iPhone you'll need to follow the instructions in here (this procedure requires using a Mac).
