This is actually quiet outside the scope of tersus, and has little to do with tomcat.
The main thing here is to setup DNS, so that any browser knows that when an address includes the domain epooncallsystem.com it is translated to IP address 1.2.34 - consult your hoster/network provider for more details.
When this is setup, entering http://epooncallsystem.com:8080/[Application_Name] should work, with one caveat - by default tomcat assumes port 8080 will be used - and this may be blocked by a firewall along the way (between your client/browser and server machines) - In this case you should switch tomcat to another port which is not blocked. Port 80 is the obvious choice as it is practically never blocked (as it is the default HTTP port), but switching to it is only possible if the port is not already used by another http (web) server installed on the server machine.
