Download the Mac OSX (.dmg) kit, available here.

Double click the file to mount the disk image and open the volume (if it doesn't get opened automatically, open it in the finder)

Drag the application bundle "Tersus" into your applications folder

Run Tersus from your applications folder.

If you're running OS X Version 10.8 "Mountain Lion" (or newer), you might see the following message: "Tersus" is damaged and can't be opened.
If you do, you'll need to change your security settings, as follows:

Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy
Change the setting Allow applications downloaded from: to Anywhere

The kit includes everything needed to start modeling immediately. See the Tutorial sections on how to get started.The Mac installation kit may occasionally install an earlier version, of Tersus. However, when installation is complete, and the studio is launched, it will automatically check for updates and guide you through the required download and installation processThe package has been tested on Mac OSX 10.5.8.Note: If you're installing on an older version running Java 1.5, you'll need to do the following:

Run $ java -version from the command line to verify which version you're running.
If it's 1.6, no additional steps are required, otherwise ...

Open Tersus.app/Contents/MacOS/Tersus.ini in a text editor

Add the line -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

Save Tersus.ini
