Look in your home folder/directory for the subfolder 'workspace' (or 'tersus-workspace').
In it you should find the '.metadata' subfolder (note that it's treated as a a hidden folder, so you might need to change some settings), and in the '.metadata' subfolder, look for the '.log' file.
The file might contain errors which are linked to the problem you encountered. Please attach it to a post in this thread.
