Preamble: This is a quick note to address the information that was not included in my first post due to the lack of any way to edit a post after it has been made.

Postamble: I will do a search for the term 'Updating the JRE and Eclipse configurations' to see if there are any website that have a "section" by that name. If I can find it I will follow the instructions on that page and report my results back here.
