[Update]
The bottom line: There are just too many error messages and too many other problems associated with this application to make it worth my time. I've tried getting it to work for two days straight on Ubuntu 9.04 and Kubuntu 8.04. I gave this application about 16 hours of my time reading manuals, downloading, configuring, reinstalling, etc. without any success getting it to open up and run at all.
As such, it is my opinion that this application was not, and is not ready for use with Ubuntu, and that it should not have been released for Ubuntu until these problems were addressed. However if someone else has a lot more time than I did to work on this and help get it to work the way it was supposed to for the Ubuntu environment then by all means please pick up this thread where it was left off at. [Current Status: Unresolved]
