If you compare the error logs from your first post and the last post, you'll note that while the former ultimately refers to the <Done> exit, the latter refers to a problem on the <Records> exit. And both problems should have appeared in the Validation view.
The problem with <Records>, similar to that of <Done> discussed before is that it is missing a type definition, which in this case should be a definition of the table from which the Find template is expected to retrieve (the countries table). This behavior is discussed in both stage 4 of the step by step tutorial (available here), and the documentation page for the Find template which is accessible via [F1] (also here).
If you still encounter issues which you cannot solve, you can export a sample project and attach it here. To create a .tersus project go to File -> Export -> Tersus -> Tersus Project File.
