The log errors you quote seem to be from the wrong log file. They seem to originate from the eclipse log file (Help -> About -> Configuration Details -> View Error Log), rather than the application-specific log (accessible from either the toolbar button mentioned above, or via the Navigator view, opened from Window -> Show View -> Navigator, then navigator and open the log file: [application]/work/logs/tersus.log).
I suggest you attach (via the Add an attachment button below) the whole log file to a post in this thread.
