Tersus is a full-fledged programming tool, using an alternative (=Visual/Code-less) programming paradigm. It targets both general web application development, and mobile native/web applications.
Tersus has already been used to develop real world applications as demonstrated by some case studies (this is certainly not an exhaustive list).
Ultimately you'll want to try it out for yourself. I suggest you start with some demos, followed by the tutorials for hands-on experience. You can then view some more examples, and consult with fellow users in this forum, or read some more docs.
