There are 2 main points which merit attention:

The <Algorithm> trigger of Encrypt and Decrypt requires additional parameters, together defining a 'transformation' - see http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/security/jce/JCERefGuide.html#AppA

The binary data output by the <Parameters> exit of Encrypt, cannot be ignored, and must be available for successful decryption.
