Sorry to waste your time David. I had omitted the step "Changing Eclipse configuration settings" under "Updating the JRE and Eclipse configurations" (since I thought it was all Mail requirements).
I have the Tersus Perspective now. YES!!
The 3 tabs (Repository Explorer, Application Server, Outline) have no contents, but I assume it is because I have no project. I remember going through the tutorials on 0.9.6 and these tabs were populated. I think I'm okay now.
But I still will need to know about JRE root on the Mac since I definitely want Mail and the proper install.
