According to this legacy document http://developer.apple.com/releasenotes/WebObjects/WO53_ReleaseNotes/1_NewFeatures/chapter_2_section_6.html which mentions activation.jar, /Library/Java/Extensions looks like a good candidate to be called [JRE root]/lib/ext on the Mac and place activation.jar and mail.jar
How do you recommend I test my installation?
I found how to make a .dmg so Mac users can just drag an icon to the Applications folder, but with this external folder, it is slightly more complicated.
