Unless specified otherwise, the default user and password for any application making use of the Authorization module is 'Super'.
Search could be added quiet easily using the appropriate queries.
Full text search (i.e. searching the document contents) depends on the database and document types being used, and would probably require integration of some 3rd-party tool into the database, performing the required indexing of the documents content.
