In Firefox you can use the plug in Firebug for analyzing this problem. In my applications the button appears normally,so maybe something wrong with the css-settings.
Indeed Chrome is the fastest browser after Firefox. But if you are using the HTML-input Chrome is rendering the copied text, which sometimes is not wanted.
