In the example applications, the forms that I've seen exhibit a pretty basic layout pattern, basically controls are stacked on on the other. So a typical new client dialog might look like this:
First Name: ____________
Last Name: ____________
Email: ____________
Notes: ____________
I'd want to be able to control the layout so that the controls are laid out in whatever manner I wish, for instance 2x2 (in the case above); and to justify the labels as well as the text areas. I'm used to programming with mainstream frameworks like .net, where in the case of windows forms etc you can pretty much lay out each form in any configuration that makes sense. It would be hard to adjust to pages that are more or less simple dumps of the db columns. I have not tried the tutorials, but I did look around on the site and didn't find much in the way of articles about laying out pages...I could easily have missed them, if they exist.
