An interim solution is the Percent Input Field template included in version 2.0.2.
At a later stage both Percent Display and Percent Input Field might be eliminated (once their functionality is supported by Number Display and Number Input Field).
When using Percent Input Field, note that the value is set through the Value element (not <Value>).
To use the full functionality of this web site, JavaScript needs to be turned on.
