Since the process is a service there is no point in using an ancestor reference to Import Popup. Ancestor references are relevant in client context only.

In any case you don't seem to rely on this ancestor reference, since your passing the File Input Field display to the service, this too is invalid, as the File structure, is very particular on how it can be used and referenced on the client side. In order to be able to read the contents you must pass the File structure itself to the service.

The Write Record process is missing a flow from the trigger to the Data Structure.

If you want to hanlde the records you insert outside the service, then your Service exit should be repetitive, Otherwise, if all you need is an indication that the service has finished, consider using a <Done> exit instead.
