Hi Brian,
The <Rows> exit of Load CSV Table should have inferred it's type from the trigger of Write Orders Action, except that the trigger has no data-type defined either.
Here's a screenshot of Write Orders Action:
It seems you forgot to create a flow in Write Orders Action from the trigger to the Data Structure element.
Here's the corrected process:
