I'm guessing that this occurs with an application developed using an older version of Tersus.
As of version 1.4.6 the embedded database (hsql) included in the studio has been upgraded from version 1.7 to 2.0. This upgrade requires the database files to be upgraded (the internal format has changed), and this should occur automatically when the application is launched for the first time. It seems this has failed to occur in your case.
