The 'default' format is that which is created when Text/Concatenate or Miscellaneous/Create from Template are used with a Date or Date and Time trigger. Format and Time Zone, are based on Java's DateFomat and TimeZone
Most templates have an example in the Common library.Take a look @ Common/Templates/Dates/Format Date and Time/Test 1/Test 1 in any of your application.I recommend, you do not change anything in these tests, as that will create a(n application-) localized copy of the common package (though there's usually no real harm in that).
