The subject is encoded using the default jvm encoding, which is probably set to Cp1252 on your machine.
To overcome this, you can change the encoding to UTF-8, by adding the parameter -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 to the -vmargs parameter in Tersus.ini (or eclipse.ini) or the executable's command line.
