I've booted into Win 7 , updated Firefox to the latest version, and the site does load (I'm not sure whether :-) or :-( are in order ...).
Can you check whether there are any relevant errors in the Error Console (Firefox > Web Developer menu, or Ctrl+Shift+J) - once opened, I suggest you clear any errors it shows and reload the page to see whether any errors directly apply.
To use the full functionality of this web site, JavaScript needs to be turned on.
For best results, use the Firefox browser..
