Re: EPUB Documents in applicationDate: Jul 3, 2011While there's no EPUB-specific functionality in Tersus, it should be possible to read and write documents.Based on the little I read about it, an EPUB file is a zip archive with content formatted as xml+xhtml+css etc.
The solution will require the following plugins:

Create File URL - to convert filesystem paths to file urls

Write Resource - to write files to the file system (e.g. the epub file you wish to unzip)

Run External Command - to zip/unzip the file using a command line utility

Read Resource - to read the files from the file system (e.g. the specific xml/xhtml file you wish to read)

Parse XML/Serialize XML to convert xml formatted content to/from a Tersus data structure

You will probably want to use the Import XML Data Structure by Example wizard (see File>Import>Tersus) - to simplify creation of the data structures represening the various xml files included in the archive.Regards,DavidSee Also:
