Perhaps the easiest thing to try would be to reinstall.
If you've tried that already, without success, please attach the contents of your configuration details (Help>About>Configuration Details). Also have a look at the log file (Configuration Details>View Error Log) for any errors whose timestamp coincides with the studio's launch time.
