It seems you've ignored validation message(s) before runniing your application (see http://www.tersus.com/#Id=1243 regarding validation in general).
Specifically, this error indicates that the <Results> exit of Database Query has no defined type - see the exit's dataTypeId property, which is empty. Assumming the exit flows to a data element (directly or indirectly, via one or more trigger/exit), the dataTypeId should have automatically been assigned that data element's id (this is called type propagation - see http://www.tersus.com/#Id=2710). I can therefore assume there is some break (missing arrow) somewhere along this flow.
If you're having trouble figuring all this out, you're welcome to upload a project demonstarting this, and I'll have a look. Create a .tersus export file, go to File >Export...>Tersus> Tersus Project File.
