This application maintains a table of translations from English (the language in which the application is modeled) to multiple other languages.
The user may add translations of labels, buttons and messages used by the application to any language, and then switch to this language. The application will then change to use the entered translation.
For example, if you add translations for 'New' to several languages, the button 'New' will display the translation in the selected language.
The project contains a full translation to Hebrew (he), and a few terms in French (fr).
