According to the error message, the problem occurs on Read Resource, before Run Javascript executes.I cannot tell why it fails from the screenshot. The url appearing in the screenshot, seems valid. Perhaps this is some network connectivity issue, such as a temporary disconnection, a firewall or other filtering tool.If the problem persists, look for additional information in the application log (work/logs/tersus.log), accessible through the Show the application log file toolbar button.
Regarding the Javascript call itself, I should point out that I'm not quiet sure what you're trying to achieve, not least because it's modeled to execute the JavaScript returned on the server side.
