Please let me know whether a clean install solves your windows issues.
Regarding the mac issues - 2.0.3.1 installer has a problem with the update mechanism which should be resolved in later versions, try installing http://downloads.tersus.com/tersus-studio-2.1.2-mac.dmg.
Once updated try xcode again, and if you're still encountering problems, please create and upload a sample project (preferably both the Tersus project and the exported xcode).
