In the long run we plan to merge the display and mobile categories back.
I expect the merged display UI will be closer to the modern Mobile category style and internal workings than the older Display category, with elements currently missing from the Mobile category (such as Tabbed Pane), probably being implemented along the modern style.
There is however no immediate plans to implement this, so if you want these capabilities now, you'll need to implement them from the building blocks currently available in the Mobile category, and some of the "neutral" display elements available in the Display category, such as Pane & HTML Tag), and relying on CSS to fine-tune their appearance - see http://www.tersus.com/#Tag=CSS for more info.
