I presume you're asking this in the context of mobile applications, i.e. sending video/sound recorded using your mobile phone.
All of the features you mention can be added to our platform, using features provided by PhoneGap, which is part of our mobile cross platform infrastructure. None of these are on our immediate plans, however our plans may change as concrete project requirements dictate.
Note that for SMS, you can currently use a custom URL scheme (i.e. an 'sms:' prefix) sent to a Goto URL template, to open the built-in sms app.For more details, see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8254887/calling-phone-sms-api-by-use-of-phonegap-using-javascript, but note that in tests I preformed on both an iPhone and Android device I have at hand, including the message body field in the URL caused an error, while specifying only phone numbers worked.
