Hi,
In an application I send an XML-file via HTTP Post to an other application. This works, but my problem is that the content of the XML-file also is logged in the tomcat logfile Catalina.out which grows for this reason very fast. Is there a way to stop this kind of logging?
In the web.xml of Tersus the settings are:
<context-param> <param-name>debug</param-name> <param-value>false</param-value>
Enables/disables debug printings
</context-param> <context-param> <param-name>log</param-name> <param-value>false</param-value>
Enables/disables logging
</context-param>
In the file logging.properties from tomcat the settings are:
org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].level = INFOorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].handlers = 2localhost.org.apache.juli.FileHandlerorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/manager].level = INFOorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/manager].handlers = 3manager.org.apache.juli.FileHandlerorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/admin].level = INFOorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/admin].handlers = 4admin.org.apache.juli.FileHandlerorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/host-manager].level = INFOorg.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/host-manager].handlers = 5host-manager.org.apache.juli.FileHandler
