For a Tersus mobile web applications, just add the parmeters to the url your other application is creating, in the usual fashion (http://tersus-host/tersus-app?param1=value1[¶m2=value2[&...]]).
Retrieve the parameters in Tersus using Display Actions/Get View Parameters.
