It looks like you should integrate user authentication into your application.
See http://www.tersus.com/#Id=324 for explanation of the Authorization module (in the Modules category of the palette) which can be added to your application, and makes use of tomcat's basic authentication.I also recommend you review my answer regarding an alternate (modeled, rather than tomcat-based) implementation which you can find @ http://www.tersus.com/#Id=5694.
Once you integrate one or the other, you'll be able to inquire which user is currently logged-in using the Get Logged-in User template in the Security category of the palette, and add it as an additional field in your request record. You would also be able to display and/or delete request records which match the user.
