There's no support for setting these PDF attributes from Tersus, sorry.
You may be able to find a 3rd-party tool which manipulates these attributes and if the tool has the appropriate interface (e.g. command-line), you should be able to integrate it with your Tersus app, so you Convert to PDF as usual and then call the 3rd party tool via Run External Command.
