When Tersus creates the client it concatenates all web/*.js by alphabetical order, which means exporting.js precedes highcharts.js.
This causes the error you encountered since the former depends on the latter being executed beforehand.
To resolve this, just make sure to switch their order by renaming them - I suggest 1-highcharts.js and 2-exporting.js, but of-course you're free to rename them differently.
