Place a Display Actions/Set Cookie in your button, passing nothing to the <Value> trigger.
Since the <Value> trigger is non-mandatory (hence yellow ratrher than green), Set Cookie will execute without a value which translates to the cookie being deleted (this is explained in a comment included in Set Cookie).
