You should add a requiredPermission shared property to all elements in the edit dialog you do not wish the regular users to have access.
The requiredPermission property should be set to a new permission value you define (for instance Super Editor - just a suggestion).
Once restarted, this new permission will be added automatically to the Super role, causing the specific display elements to be displayed to super users only.
If you implement this, make sure to set appropriate defaults for all 'hidden' editor functions.
